All pre-trial discovery is governed by the Maryland Rules of Procedure. Any dispute involving pre-trial discovery will be resolved in accordance with the Md. Rules. A party presenting such a dispute in advance of the trial should contact the criminal discovery judge for a hearing as permitted by the Rules.
