Any party who desires a hearing on a pre-trial motion must contact the judge to whom the case is assigned for trial to arrange a hearing at a time that is convenient to all parties. If it cannot be determined who the Trial Judge is, attorneys can contact the JICCr.
Effective October, 2011, there will be two postponement judges. One in the Clarence Mitchell Courthouse and one in Courthouse East. Attorneys and clients must appear in person to request a postponement.
