Court Administration
Fiscal Administration
Prepare court budget, including guiding the budget thought the City budget process to annual adoption; administer accounting, purchasing and payroll.
Personnel Administration
Coordinate the recruitment and selection of court employees; administer
the wage and salary system; and facilitate personnel matters for the judges and judicial staff.
Caseflow Management
Evaluate pending caseloads; compile statistical information relating to
court workload; assist judges in refining court policies and procedures.
Technology and Automation
Evaluate and assess technology that can enhance court operations, including recommendations on the use of personal computers, networks and automated case information systems--all designed to enhance court performance.
Facilities Management
Manage facility space to assure that the public can efficiently conduct business within the courthouses, as well as assuring that court operations and support staff have adequate physical space to effectively perform work responsibilities.
Liaison Activities
Serve as liaison to other governmental entities and departments to promote collaboration, where necessary.
